Great addition to the local brewery scene! Not the largest selection of beers but the quality was excellent. I was especially fond of a couple of the hazy IPAs. As an added bonus the food was excellent and reasonably priced! It is definitely going to be added to my local favorites.

We stopped in the other night 7/18 for dinner. We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked through the door. They sat us at a booth and within 30 seconds our waiter was at the table welcoming us. Connor was polite, quick, and attentive. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and it was delicious. Medium heat on the spice level, cheese was rich and pasta was cooked well. We also got the half order of the notchd'os. We added the saved beef onto and they were amazing. My daughter got the hot honey sandwich which she loved and ate in its entirety. Overall was a fantastic experience. We will be back again next time we are in town.

I took my wife for lunch today. This was the first time we were there. We were very impressed. This was the old Iron Hill Brewery. They installed glass windows behind the bar so you can see the brewing tanks. We sat at the bar and our bartender was Leann. She was great. Very professional and polite. She checked on us every so often to see if we needed anything. We ordered lunch. I had the Chicken Caesar salad. With a side of roasted vegetables. I ordered mine with the chicken grilled. The chicken was very tender and the dressing was just enough. They didn’t drown the salad. I’ve noticed a lot of restaurants here put so much dressing to the point where it’s just not enjoyable. This was perfect. The vegetables were roasted and delicious. I put them on top of the salad which hit the spot. It was awesome. My wife had the “Blazin Boardwalk” which is Chicken cutlet with Hot Honey sauce along with pickles lettuce and tomato on a Brioche bun. She loved it. As far as service. We sat at the bar. Leann the bartender conducted herself in a very professional manner. She was so friendly and Informative. I don’t know the name of the male bartender but he was just the same. He also checked on us and informed us on the wait time for our food coming out. They both were great. I read some of the reviews. I understand people have different expectations and opinions. But we really enjoyed it. We are definitely going back more than likely very often. We both recommend Three Notched.

Wow! Is what I have to say. Three Notch'd had their soft opening this weekend. Friday and Saturday was dinner and Sunday was lunch and dinner. I chose Sunday. My reservation was for 12:30. I arrived early and was promptly seated. I requested a seat at the bar since I was solo. They had all hands on deck and they were doing a fabulous job. Most of the folks went by and checked on me and many gave their name as well. They had several beers on tap and coke products for soft drinks. No full bar yet but they do have a liquor license and the bar should be up and running soon The menu is good for a brew pub. And there are tanks and they are cleaned and inspected. Not sure when the on site brewing will begin. The menu has appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees, sides, kids menu and desserts I had the coastal mussels with garlic ale butter. Lovely fresh not farm raised mussels with some tomatoes and lots of fresh minced garlic. I chose a side Caesar salad. Crisp lettuce with just enough Caesar dressing tossed in. The croutons were so good! Light, Airy, crunchy and not hard with a terrific buttery flavor. I also had a side of the creamy coleslaw which was delicious. Crunchy, creamy slaw just like I like it with just the right amount of mayo/dressing. All in all I'd give it more than 2 thumbs up if I had more thumbs. This local will be returning in the near future. Thanks for having me today during your soft opening. Best of luck to you!
